Anesthesia procedures: several procedures ketamine/propofol/sevoflurane

Time between anesthesia and scanning: 1 hour

Head fixation: Yes for some of the animals

Position in scanner and procedure used: Sphinx

Contrast agent: with and without MION (USPIO)

During scanning

Physiological monitoring: heart rate, breathing rate, temperature, EtCO2, SpO2

Additional procedures: mechanical ventilation, fluid heating system [e.g., ventilation systems, body temperature maintenance, etc…]
